OUTCOMEs
Biggest Impact: ‘Play Again’ CTA increased our Sessions by ~30% and we saw players restarting the game to continue adding scores to the Global Leaderboard.
The PM intent to force user into a Leaderboard was taken care of, without the original friction.
The redesign took care of the player intent to check out their Rank update in a quick 3 seconds time and move to the next step.

Network volatility wasn’t an edge case:
it was the default.
Designed 3 constant signal states for network visibility even during the gameplay.
